  • Cause of Cancer: Cancer is a complex group of diseases with many possible causes such as genetic factors, lifestyle factors like diet, lack of physical activity and tobacco use, radiation, sun and UV exposure and some types of infections.
  • Signs and symptoms: The signs and symptoms of cancer will be based on where the cancer is and how much it affects the organs. A cancer may have symptoms like fever, extreme tiredness, chronic cough, bowel changes and sudden weight loss.

Obesity:

Obesity is one of the most common health care issues in women who do not take a proper diet. A person is defined as obese if her body mass index is 30 or higher.

A lot of women suffering from obesity can increase the risk of other chronic diseases like diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, osteoarthritis and some types of cancers.

  • Cause of Obesity: There are some factors that play a role in becoming obese such as unhealthy diet, genetics, environmental factors and lack of physical activity.
  • Sign and symptoms: There are signs and symptoms of female obesity that people can recognize on their own like body disproportion, stretch marks, fat cells that cause arms and thighs to expand and also some psychological factors.
  • Reduce the risk of obesity: Your doctor will suggest you to lose weight through a change in diet and an increase in physical activity. Physical activity can help to reduce unhealthy weight gain and helps to lose weight. Losing weight can lower the risk of many chronic diseases including heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, sleep apnea and some forms of cancers.
