  • Rectal pain, bleeding and discharge
  • Throat infection
  • Conjunctivitis
  • Swelling under the anus

In both men as well as women, Chlamydia might result in an itchy anus which can even bleed. Diarrhea and discharge are also some common symptoms of Chlamydia in men.

In case Chlamydia affects the eyes in men, it might result in discharge, itching and redness of the eyes. The symptoms of this condition might be mild and they generally appear in the morning. This is the reason why people actually do not realize that they are suffering from Chlamydia.
