Warm Cloth Technique

This is easy natural dry eye relief, which even shows immediate relief. You just need to soak a cloth in warm water.

It is usually found in oily fish, like salmon and mackerel and seeds like chia seeds and flaxseeds. You can also consume omega-3 fatty acids in supplement form. Studies proved that consuming omega-3 acids can help to reverse the signs of dry eye syndrome.

Consume enough fluids

Sometimes dehydration might be the cause of dry eyes. As dehydration removes moisture from your eyes, you should try drinking more fluids like water, milk, fruit juices, tea, etc to keep yourself well hydrated.

Maintain Proper Humidity Level

Maintain the home environment humid, between 30 and 50 percent. During winter season, keep a humidifier in your home to add moisture. Try wearing special sunglasses to add humidity.
