Crohn’s Disease

This disease is also called regional ileitis and regional enteritis. This disease results in the inflammation of the digestive system and it is also known as inflammatory bowel disease.

It can affect any area starting from the anus to the mouth and it generally affects the lower section of the small intestine known as ileum.

Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Irritable bowel syndrome or IBD is one of the most common disorders of the small intestine. The symptoms of this disorder include severe abdominal pain not localized in one particular area, stomach discomfort, altered bowel habits like diarrhea or constipation and bloating.

Ulcers
